With a "New School Barbecue" approach, Leroy and Lewis focuses on serving their community by making excellent, inventive barbecue and supporting local ranches by sourcing all of meat from small, responsible purveyors in Texas. As you can imagine, the fellas talk about all things food, Evan's approach to running his business with his partners and employees, and share a couple hunting stories.
